Any disputes regarding payments should be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate and complete information for the execution of services.

Any content, images, or data provided by the client must be legally owned or have proper usage rights.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
   All content, designs, and digital materials created by 4M Digital World remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a contract.

Clients may not resell or distribute any work delivered without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality
   We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information with third parties unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to SEO ranking changes, ad performance fluctuations, or website downtime.
8. Termination of Services
   Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior notice (as per the contract terms).

We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who fail to comply with our terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law
   These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [India/Maharashtra].
